Releasing agents

Our releasing agents are all of vegetable origin and can easily be sprayed or brushed onto tins, baking sheets, bands and other machinery. We have releasing agents for horizontal as well as vertical application.

As our products do not contain any water, there is no risk for corrosion of your baking surfaces. Furthermore, our release agents also inhibit carbonization, i.e. deposition of carbon residues, on the baking surfaces. All release agents from Aromatic are neutral in taste in order not to affect the flavour of the end product.

In order to meet the requirements from our customers, some releasing agents are available with lecithin originating either from soya or from sunflower. For producers who want to avoid GMO and allergens in their production, the S-versions (with sunflower lecithin) are recommended.

For artisan users, Aromatic offers a releasing agent for forms and tins filled in a handy ozone-friendly aerosol can. Furthermore, a flavoured vegetable oil for other applications than releasing is also available.
