New Liquorice flavour in the assortment

One of the trendiest flavours this year is Liquorice. Aromatic is therefore launching a Liquorice flavour, suitable for a wide range of flour confectionery products, fillings, jellies, creams, truffles and many other applications. The concentration makes it easy to apply and it gives an excellent result independent of the application’s fat and water content.

The Aromatic Liquorice flavour is made of liquorice powder from plants in the Middle East, and has a natural braun black colour. For a more intensive black colour, add 6529 Black Colour.
